It would take about 5 to 15 minutes depending on the type and nature of the documents, and also the queue before attending to you.

- For Malaysian, your original identity card (“IC”)
For Foreigners: original passport foreign identification card/ UNHCR card/ refugee identification papers or other original identity documents as proof of self-identification.
